Grow Rough Diamond
A rough CVD diamond is grown from a diamond seed plate, placed in a lab environment with the gases and temperature needed to build carbon into rough diamond — conditions similar to those under Earth's crust.

Scrutinize and Select Rough Diamond
Each rough diamond is carefully scrutinised by experts, who note inclusions and yield, then select stones with the right clarity and minimal flaws.

Scanning & Planning
The selected rough diamond is passed through 3D scanner and planners plan with the best shape and size possibilities with it.

Stone Marking
Based on the finalised plan, precise reference marks are placed on the rough diamond to guide every subsequent cut with accuracy.

Laser Process
Computer-guided lasers cut along the marked references, separating and shaping the rough diamond into its intended form.

Plan Verification
Each cut stone is re-scanned and checked against the original plan to confirm proportions, symmetry, and yield before proceeding.

Final Laser Process
A final round of precision laser work refines facets and edges, bringing the stone to its near-final cut shape.

Pre-Polish Shaping
The cut stone undergoes initial shaping on the polishing wheel, establishing the foundation facets ahead of final polishing.

Polishing
Skilled polishers facet the stone to exacting standards, bringing out its full brilliance, fire, and scintillation.

Internal Grading
Every polished diamond is internally assessed against the 4Cs — cut, colour, clarity, and carat — ahead of external certification.

Boiling & Cleaning
Finished stones are boiled and cleaned to remove any residue, ensuring each diamond is presented in pristine condition.

Certification
Diamonds are submitted to IGI, GIA, or HRD for independent grading, issuing a certificate that documents the stone's exact specifications.
How Are Lab-Grown High Quality Seeds Made?
Every Anjali diamond begins with a high-quality diamond seed — a thin slice used as the base for new crystal growth. Our seeds are precision-cut to an exacting flatness, since any imperfection carries through to the final crystal. Each seed is screened for defects before entering the MPCVD chamber.
